FAQ

What kind of season tickets can I sell?

We support any digital ticket subscription package. While our primary focus is baseball, basketball, football, hockey, and soccer, many users sell tickets from concert and theatre subscription packages. If you have something unique and outside of a major league, ask, we will add it.

How are my tickets priced?

When you mark a game for sale, our algorithms will price it in accordance with the current market value and dynamically update pricing to optimize ultimate execution using our proprietary pricing module.

How do I transfer my tickets?

You don’t. Winventory users must enter their season ticket account credentials in their Winventory account profile. Once your tickets sell, our secure software automatically transfers them to the buyer.

Which secondary marketplaces will my tickets be listed on?

Over 1,000 ticket marketplaces, including Ticketmaster, StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, Gametime, TickPick, and Go Tickets.

How much lead time do you need?

We don’t. As long as you couple your sale proceeds expectations with the lead time you provide, there is no listing cut time. You can even list a ticket via Winventory after the event begins.

Can I sell playoff tickets?

Of course!

Can I sell parking?

Yes.

Can I sell single-game tickets?

Winventory was designed to service season ticket holders. However, we are happy to let existing customers leverage its technology to sell single-game tickets outside of their season ticket package.

How do I get paid?

Winventory processes payouts during the first week of each month. In their account settings, Winventory users can trigger a one-time payout or payout cadence.

What is your commission rate?

10%

Can I make changes to the listing price?

No. We created Winventory to take the work out of your season ticket experience. As such, we leave the pricing to our industry-leading pricing algorithm.

I have four tickets but want to use two, can I sell just one pair?

Yes. Winventory users can sell tickets from their package for any game, including parking.

Why do you ask for tax information?

The IRS requires us (and all online marketplaces) to issue a Form 1099-K to any seller who receives gross payments above their reporting threshold. You will only receive a Form 1099-K if your gross payments exceed the IRS’ threshold.

What if I am not a US taxpayer?

Non-citizens are not subject to reporting requirements but must fill out a W-8 to verify their status.

I marked a game for sale but I changed my mind, can I have it back?

Yes, anytime (subject to timing outlined in the customer agreement).
