Winventory Referral Program

By referring a friend, Winventory users can earn referral credit. When your referral signs up, we will give you 25% of the commissions we earn from their first season with Winventory*. There is no limit to the amount of referral credits you can earn.

*Users are only eligible for Referral Credit if the Referral becomes a new Winventory customer. A new member is a person or entity who has not previously used Winventory’s services and becomes a member by 11:59 PM EST on April 15, 2026. If multiple existing Winventory Users refer the same prospect, credit will be given to the first existing Winventory User to provide the referral. Maximum amount of credit a User can earn from one (1) single referral is $500**. Credit cannot exceed the existing Winventory User’s total commission for the same period. For instance, if an existing Winventory User’s referral credit balance is $1,000 and the existing Winventory User’s total commissions for that period are $900, the existing Winventory User will be credited $900. A new customer’s first season is the period between their enrollment and the conclusion of the regular season for which they first sold a game. For instance, if a customer enrolls and sells their first game on December 10, 2025, their first season would run through the conclusion of the 2025-26 season.
**If the Referral’s seats are adjacent to the existing Winventory User’s seats, the maximum amount of credit a User can earn from such a referral is $1,000, subject to the same limitations as above.
